Very nice piece. I didn't know these were Canada Art. It looks well made, judging from the finish on the mouth.

Do you have a simalar piece? I had a really nice tall Canada art basket,so they did some nice work not just chunky ashtrays.I wounder if the mystery of C.A.will ever be solved.?

I don't have any that I know of. I do have a few pieces where I'm not sure whether they're Canadian, Czech or whatever. I wondered for a while if the Canada Art pieces were Czech and an import company(person) had written "Canada Art" on them. But the Czech experts I know did notrecognize the photos I sent.

Saw the exact vase signed Canada Art but was also dated - 1962.

Yes - be so cool to find out the who, what , why and when - then we would need a new mystery.
