availability and ordering of the "Arts&Artisans" exhibit program
Hi everyone,
Well the exhibit is launched - a very enjoyable afternoon! Truly fantastic actually! The programs were ready on time (sleepless nights) and are available at the gallery for those of you planning on getting to Cornwall before the close of the show on December 2nd. The gallery staff has them on hand for purchase - just ask.
For those collectors that aren't able to travel to Cornwall to attend the show, you can purchase the programs from Chalet Vintage - right now they can only be ordered through the "Contact" function on the site. I will be getting them in the "Related Items" in the SHOP section of the site BUT that will not be for a few days so if you need them asap please don't wait as we are headed into a second printing very shortly. We only had 60 printed for the opening due to time constraints and have only a third left right now. We will be getting more done immediately but will take 3 weeks - that still gives lots of time, if you live in Canada and US, to be shipped and received for Christmas but if an international order, that cuts it close. We should have had more printed but everyone said "No - that's lots to start with". I guess the fact that this is the first Chalet exhibit ever didn't really factor in as strongly in the numbers as it should have!
Anyways, the price is $60.00 plus shipping. It will be sent via a signature confirmed and insured mailing - we will not send as "Lettermail" as there is no guarantee of delivery nor can we insure. So Canada Post registered looks to be $12.50 to Canadian addresses, US expedited $15.60 to $18.00 depending on US destination and the UK $30.00. For other international destinations, we need the exact address. Shipping charges are beyond our control - sorry.
It is a gorgeous program - 30 pages - all displays are included with a bonus closeup description and picture from each. There is a History section, section on the Art and Artists, insider info...... Plus it was professionally photographed, professionally laid out and professionally bound and printed - this is a quality collector's item!

Deborah:
My copy arrived today and it's great at long last to have a reliable guide to Chalet. Great job, and I would love it if it grew into soemthing even bigger.
Thank you for all your efforts.

pleased to hear you are happy
David,
Thank you - I appreciate hearing that you found it helpful. Like I said my next project now that the reference guide and program are done is something on the bases - I feel weak in that area so it would really make me focus.Plus can't go wrong as Mr. Tedesco said he would help me once I got a rough together for him to look at.
I had fun doing both the guide and the program - all that buying "just" for research!LOL Provides the best cover - ha. Seriously - best way to learn for me.
