Not Chalet Empty Not Chalet

Here are some pictures of a style that I regularly see described as Chalet, on Michel Blais' website, for example, and often on eBay. It's actually all Czech glass from Harrachov.

Lovely piece and I haven't a clue who made it. Are there pictures from different angles, including the base? I'll start looking around, probably starting at Murano because of the colours.
