Art Glass Book Ends ?

Check this out,it's a soft ball sized apple with a flat spot on one side.Could it be a book end? Also i added a bunch of new pictures.

Yep, it's a bookend. Often seen in pairs, one an apple, one a pear. Some are very well done. I can't see enough detail to see whther or nor your pieces is Murano.
