Saturday photo shoot Empty Saturday photo shoot

Post  deborah Thu Mar 29, 2012 5:45 pm

Hi everyone,

I have a photos shoot schedulled for Saturday, March 31st - I have alot of new pieces and as well am revising, expanding and updating the "Chalet Marks, Labels and Product Lines" reference guide so it will be a huge shoot.

Please watch for some amazing posts in the next few weeks - it usually takes about 2 weeks for the pictures to be edited and sent to me. I will be posting a pic of one of Chalet's first pieces and the accompanying 1962 newspaper article, one of their last pieces, a signed bullicante ashtray, a true Chalet penguin, a Chalet "corkscrew", a coloured Chalet Christmas tree .... to mention a few. Plus there will be a ton of new listings in the shop pages once I have these shot.

Really looking forward to this shoot. Be fun to do the posts!

DUE to my expansion of GLASS i had to make this little display with all but couple of pieces (due the the height) as my bedroom was getting over loaded and i have more on the way including a RARE blue signed Chalet glass "piccoli" (7") vase

Saturday photo shoot Empty over 300 shots

Post  deborah Sat Mar 31, 2012 8:02 pm

Hey everyone,

Quite the Chalet cardio workout today - photo shoot went really well. Got over 300 shots so revised guide will be amazing! Will be posting alot here, adding to Shop pages and switching out some pics on site to keep fresh. Stay tuned - should have the photos back very shortly. I have an amazing photgrapher and guess what - he went home with a gorgeous piece of glassLOL. Last year he bought a piece for his girlfriend but he says this one's for him. Chaletitis is catching!

Saturday photo shoot Empty anticipating great things

Hello Deborah,

I look forward to seeing the results of your latest shoot - so far both the photography and the pieces photographed have been tremendously well done. I have no doubts that the newest additions will be, at the very least, up to previous standards.

I am most interested in seeing this "Chalet corkscrew". It sounds very intriguing. I also look forward to your updated reference guide as I have been waiting patiently for the revised version as per your refusal to sell the first edition any longer. It will be the perfect companion to the art book and the wall calendar.

Hopefully your photographer's "Chaletitis" will be easily cured through acquiring a third piece. However, my own case seems quite persistent and I have to keep treating it through the purchase of more and yet more glass.

Will
