Just got this piece a little while ago. It is etched Chalet on the bottom. It is a large piece about 26 inches wide and 11 inches high.

Lovely lovely piece - great addition. Love the base. I have one piece with a base like that and very elegant. I am envious. Just got back from "Chalet" country and got an amazing little whale. Am going to go take a picture and post.

Looking at the piece, I find it is very similar to the green basket here

Rather than the arms going up, they are stretched out.
