Hi,

How are they marked? Do they have the CH on the bottom and/or the date marking or the hang tag? Alot of the cornucopia seem to have that. Be interesting to find a cranberry piece marked that way. I have a cranberry ppitcher that has both the Canadiana Cranberry hangtag and the impressed CH marking.

The centre cornucopia has a CH mark on the bottom and a Chalet sticker covering the pontil on the very bottom. The other two pieces have no markings. I do not have any Chalet hanging tags for them. I do have a large Canadiana amber bowl and a vase with a CH and LXX1 mark on the bottom of both of them.

Nice pieces with great markings - bonus! Could you post a picture of your pieces with the LXX1 marking - I have only ever seen cornucopia with that marking and I bowl - never a vase. Sound very neat. Thanks!

Deborah,I have had a cranberry vase (clear frilled edge as above) with the embossed Roman numerals.Sadly,it has been sold so no pic available.I think I still have a similar amber vase with no visible marking, as well as an olive green vase and two bowls--also unmarked. I've checked many times to see if the letters are hidden away somewhere,but no success!
